TEESSIDE Music Society will be staging a Chamber Music Concert by the Brodsky String Quartet at Stokesley Methodist Church on Sunday, February 16 at 7.45pm.
They will be performing music by Borodin, Tchaikovsky and Barber. People are advised to book in advance, as there may not be guaranteed tickets on the door.
The Brodsky String Quartet has performed more than 3,000 concerts around the world and released more than 60 recordings. They include cellist Jackie Thomas and violinist Ian Belton, both from Linthorpe, who were both leading players in Cleveland Youth Orchestra.

BIG QUIZ NIGHT: Stokesley Rotary Club’s Big Quiz is taking place on Saturday, February 15 at 7.30pm in Stokesley Town Hall. Teams of between six and ten are sought, or smaller groups of people can be teamed up on the evening. Tickets are £5 per person and include a small glass of wine, French bread and cheese.
