AN exhibition of works by a painter approaching his retirement have gone on display.
Durham artist Clive James has organised a display of dozens of his oils taking place at Belmont Library until November 1.
The paintings, many inspired by local buildings and landscapes, have been created during his career as a professional artist, but are now being sold at reduced prices as Mr James reaches retirement.
