EAST Durham College has unveiled a new selection of prospectuses outlining its full-time courses.
The Peterlee -based college has produced a 208-page main prospectus detailing all the full-time course areas available at East Durham College.
The brochure details courses on offer that start from September 2013, as well as information on the college's state-of-the-art facilities and resources.
The college has also produced two other prospectuses, one covering courses available at the Houghall Campus and another showcasing what on offer at the college’s new sixth form, ED6, and the A Level subjects students can take. The college has traditionally had the guide ready in October, but as Year 11 pupils are deciding earlier and earlier on what they want to do when they leave school the College took delivery of the print in August.
Thousands of copies of the new prospectuses are being distributed to Year 11 pupils, schools and career centres across the North-East.
College director of marketing Alistair Cummins-MacLeod said: “We conducted extensive research with our students and local Y10/Y11 pupils to find out what design styles appealed to them.
“These important findings helped to formulate the brief we gave to the creative agencies and has resulted in some very impactful creative.”
Anyone requiring a copy should call student services on 0191-518 8222. Course information is also on the college website at www.eastdurham.ac.uk and www.ed6.ac.uk.
