THREE people from Seaham arrested in connection with the death of a couple have been released on bail.
The bodies of Bob Seddon, 68, and wife Patricia, 65, were discovered at their home in Clough Avenue, Sale, Greater Manchester, on July 6.
A post-mortem examination showed they died from gunshot wounds.
Their son, Stephen Seddon, 46, from Benevente Street, Seaham, County Durham, has appeared in court charged with their murders.
He is also accused of two counts of attempted murder on a separate occasion.
Earlier this week Greater Manchester Police announced a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder, while a 55-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman were held on suspicion of perverting the course of justice.
Today, a GMP spokesman said: "All three have been bailed pending further inquiries until October 18."
