ONE of the country’s longest-running radio shows is to be broadcast from the North-east next month.
BBC Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time is to be recorded in Durham City on Monday, November 7.
Since it was first aired in 1947, the programme has become a broadcasting institution and now attracts around two million listeners each week.
The show will be recorded at Durham University’s Trevelyan College, in Elvet Hill Road., Durham City from 5.30pm onwards, with the show presented by Eric Robson and a panel of gardening experts including Bob Flowerdew, Matthew Wilson and Bunny Guinness.
