A BOOTCAMP is being held to raise money for a hospice.
The fun fitness bootcamp will be staged at the Hermitage School, in Chester-le-Street, in aid of St Cuthbert’s Hospice, in Durham City.
It will take place on Wednesday, July 6, at 6.30pm.
The event is being organised by Craig Horne Fitness. There will be a raffle with prizes donated by Lumley Castle, Durham County Cricket Club and others and an invitation to take part in a sponsored waxing.
Craig Horne, the company’s owner, said: "We have decided to help St Cuthbert’s Hospice because as a local charity that relies completely on donations, it carries out fantastic and selfless work on behalf of the local community."
Mr Horne hopes the event will raise more than £500 for the cause.
Entry is by donation. For more information, email: craig.horne@btinternet.com St Cuthbert’s Hospice provides day and overnight care for people with life limiting illnesses across north Durham.
