A new Sure Start centre is reaching out to families in Seaham.

A children’s outreach centre for families with little ones under five has opened at Seaview Primary School (previously Seaview nursery annex) and staff are inviting people to drop in and take a look.

Friendly Sure Start staff will be available at two sessions on Monday (January 31) between 9.00am and 11.00am and 12.30pm and 3.00pm to show families around the newly refurbished centre and give a taster of some of the sessions available.

There’s no need to book and members of the public can just turn up for a look around.
