TWO BROTHER are preparing for a magic and comedy show with a Christmas twist.
Phil Nelson, known as Magic Phil, and his brother Dan will present their latest production, titled The Unwanted Gift, at Chester-le-Street Community Centre, at 5pm and 7.30pm, on Saturday November 21.
They will be joined in their annual show by media student Chris McGeorge, 18, for the first time.
Phil, 19 said: "It will be a show with a Christmas twist. Three people who are not expecting to end up in the same cottage together and it all kicks off.
"There are songs, music and magic - even snow in the theatre."
"It will be loads of fun for the whole family."
Phil, a performing arts student at New College, Durham, is a member of the Northern Magic Circle. In his spare time, he works in the Undercroft Restaurant, at Durham Cathedral. He lives at Garden Farm, in Chester-le-Street.
Dan, 20, works at Morrisons in Chester-le-Street.
Both brothers are members of the Dryburn Theatrical Workshop.
Tickets for the show are £5 each. Family tickets, for two adults and two children, are available priced £18.
