DURHAM and District Women’s Cancer Support Group will meet in the education department common room of the University Hospital of North Durham, Durham City, on Monday, June 10, at 7pm.
EASY WALK: Durham Ramblers will do an ‘easy’ four-mile walk on Monday, June 10, taking in views of Crook. The walk starts at Helmington Row at 6pm. For more information, call 0191-384-5308.
PHOTO SHOW: St Andrew’s Methodist Church, in Coxhoe, will host an exhibition of old photographs of Coxhoe on Saturday (June 8) from 10am to 3pm. The show will feature images owned by Brian Hall. Entry costs £1. Light refreshments will be available. Proceeds will go to church funds.
FLOWER ARRANGING: Durham Flower Club will host a flower arranging demonstration by Cynthia Scott titled Designs to Please at Sherburn Village community hall on Thursday (June 6) at 2pm. Entry costs £4. For more information, call 0191-384-2090.
