A SINGER-songwriter will perform an intimate gig in a Durham laundrette later this month (Saturday, May 18).
Jay Leighton, whose new album Hours is released on Monday, will appear at the Old Cinema Laundrette, on Marshall Terrace, Gilesgate, Durham City, on Saturday, May 18.
Leighton’s latest single, Wish I Was Springsteen, was released last month.

The Old Cinema Laundrette opened as a laundrette and coffee shop in a former cinema known as The Lop in 2011.
