Chester-le-Street Churches Together will stage their annual Good Friday walk of witness and service tomorrow (Friday, March 29) in the town centre. SPRING DATE: Chester-le-Street Civic Choir will hold a spring concert on Saturday April 13 at 7.15pm in the town’s Parish Centre. Tickets cost £5, including refreshments, and are available by calling 0191-389-1478.
ROCK NIGHT: The band Contraband play the Barley Mow pub, Durham Road, Birtley, on Saturday (March 30). The gig is free and it starts at 9pm.
