A CHARITY for the blind is opening a nearly new shop to raise money for its work.
Sunderland and North Durham Society for the Blind will open the store in High Street West, Sunderland, on Tuesday April 2.
Donations of quality adult and children’s clothing, bric-a-brac, household goods, toys and books can be delivered to the charity’s office at 8 Foyle Street, Sunderland, on weekdays between 9.30am and 1pm or arrange collection by calling 0191-567 3939.
It is also appealing for volunteers.
