A GREEN student group is planning an all-ages nature trail event.
The Durham University Green Party Society will stage a walk around Mallygill Wood, in West Rainton, near Durham, on Saturday, November 10.
All are welcome to enjoy the autumn weather and countryside. Boots, anoraks and warm clothes are recommended.
The event will start at 11am at the junction of Station Road and Pithouse Lane. Organisers will also meet walkers at a nearby bus stop. The number 20 service runs between Durham bus station and Sunderland via West Rainton.
Anyone interested is asked to register their interest by Wednesday, November 7, by e-mailing green.party@durham.ac.uk
There is no charge but small donations are invited from walkers.
