A WOMAN who is shaving her hair off for a national cancer charity is appealing for raffle prize donations to help her raise more money.
Natalie Hutchinson, from Darlington, who is having her hair shaved off for Macmillan Cancer Support at a fundraising event next month, is looking for anyone who can donate raffle prizes or help with children's entertainment to come forward.
She said: “Any local businesses or people who can donate any prizes would be greatly appreciated.
"I am getting my hair shaved off at the event, along with my friend, Dean Bates, who is getting his chest waxed.
"We want to raise as much money as possible on the night so any help would be brilliant.”
The event starts at 4pm on Friday, November 30 at Hogans, in Darlington, and entry is free.
