Darlington's defence of the FA Trophy will start away to Grimsby Town.
The draw for the first round was made today and sees Quakers handed a trip to Blundell Park - where they won 2-1 earlier this season.
Darlington's visit to the Mariners on December 10, who are 16th in the Blue Square Premier, will be Quakers' first Trophy game since the final at Wembley on May 7.
Mansfield Town, the team that Darlington defeated that day, travel to Droylsden while Gateshead are at home to Kettering.
