Alan White has become the latest ex-Darlington player to add his name to the list of former Quakers favourites that will play in a charity cricket match at Feethams next month.
A host of past and present players will play in a fundraising game for Darlington Cricket Club who have suffered financially since the football club moved from Feethams to the Arena in 2003.
Also playing are Adam Reed, Glenn Naylor, Brian Atkinson, Lee Nogan, Martin Gray, Sean Gregan, Neil Maddison as well as current Quakers Liam Hatch, Ian Miller, Tommy Wright and Richard Dryden.
Taking place on Sunday, July 3, and not July 2 as previously reported, as well as the cricket match there will be a range of activities for children, the bar will be open throughout and there shall also be a barbecue. The day's events start at 1pm with the game beginning at 2pm.
