Four of Darlington's six new signings make their debut as Quakers finally return to action at Rotherham United this evening.
Alan White is at centre-back, alongside Ian Miller, while making their first starts for the clubs are midfielders Gary Dempsey and Gareth Waite.
Darlington name an Irishman and a Frenchman up front with Tadhg Purcell alongside Mor Diop while Scottish forward Patrick Deane, who joined on Friday from Hibernian, is on the bench.
Only right-back Simon Madden, who has joined from Shamrock Rovers, misses out. The Northern Echo understands Quakers ran into late problems in securing clearance for him to play.
His place is taken by Paul Arnison.
The line-up represents seven changes from Steve Staunton's last selection which was on December 12.
That was the 5-0 defeat at Torquay, Darlington's fifth consecutive loss, since when Quakers have had six matches being postponed, as have Rotherham.
Former Quakers midfielder Micky Cummins is a sub for the Millers who name 17-goal Adam Le Fondre in attack.
Rotherham: Warrington, Joseph, Mills, Sharps, Green, Harrison, Law, Roberts, Ellison, Broughton, Le Fondre. Subs: Annerson, Tonge, Nicholas, Pope, Brigan, Taylor, Cummins
Darlington (4-4-2): Liversedge, Arnison, White, Miller, Giddings, Waite, Dempsey, G Smith, J Smith; Diop, Purcell. Subs: Jones (gk), Burn, Foster, Gray, Mulligan, Main, Deane
