THREE board members of NHS Darlington have been re-appointed to their positions.
John Flook, as chairman, Linda Marks and Melanie Pears, as non-executive directors, have all been re-appointed.
All three positions will be effective from January 1, 2010, and run for four years.
Mr Flook receives an annual £13,136 remuneration, while Ms Marks and Ms Pears each receive £7,882 per year.
Mr Flook has worked in the NHS for 32 years, including 20 as director of finance for health organisations. He has also worked as a policy advisor, consultant and executive coach to support chairman, chief executives and directors.
Ms Marks has been a non-executive director of Darlington PCT since January 2007. She has been involved in health-related research for many years.
Ms Pears, a Newcastle-based solicitor, has worked with a number on private finance initiative schemes with several NHS Trusts.
All three live in Darlington.
Ken Greenfield, chairman of NHS Darlington said: "I am delighted that John, Melanie and Linda have been re-appointed to serve on the board of the PCT.
"With their diverse backgrounds and wealth of experience, both in the health service and elsewhere in the public and private sectors they will continue to be a real asset to the organisation."
