UP to 100 people are expected to attend an event this month featuring Bollywood dancers and ethnic food to celebrate World Mental Health Day.
The theme for this year's day is "mental health in a changing world - the impact of culture and diversity".
To mark the occasion, Darlington Mind has invited local Bollywood dancers to run a workshop at the Clifton Community Centre, at 2pm on Wednesday.
At the centre there will also be food tasting, with foods from around the world on offer.
Darlington Mind's chief executive, Gary Emerson, said: "It is so important to raise awareness of the issues surrounding mental health."
