The Darlington branch of the Samaritans has raised more than £300 to help fund the centre.
The 24:7 raffle is run nationwide, with each branch selling tickets. The Samaritans is self-funding and relies on fundraising and donations.
The 24:7 campaign is designed to promote that the Samaritans are available all day, every day. The top cash prizes included £7,000, £1,500 and £1,000.
Jackie McCormack, fundraising raising co-ordinator, said: "We are extremely pleased that we have managed to raise £300 from our 24:7 raffle.
"We get no funding from the Government, so rely totally on raising funds through the centres' volunteers, local businesses and donations from members of the public to keep the centre open."
