PUPILS at Hurworth School Maths and Computing College got a taste of life at work when leaders of local business dropped by for a day of talks.
The World at Work day was arranged to teach students about what can be expected once they leave school and start full-time careers.
Among the lessons on offer was a course on income tax and national insurance from business representatives Karen Fuller and Stewart Jones.
