Darlington Lecture Association opens its 125th season on Monday, with Paul Atterbury on the arts and crafts movement in houses and gardens.
The talk is at Carmel RC Technology College, at 7.45pm and costs £4 for visitors. The association meets monthly. Call 01325-353312 for membership details.
