POLICE Interceptors and an Olympian will be guests of honour at a carol concert.
Villagers will gather together with a host of well-known faces, including gymnast Amy Tinkler, to enjoy a sing-a-long at The Green in Heighington on Tuesday, November 29 from 6.30pm.
The annual concert is being staged to help Heighington teenager Kieran Maxwell raise funds for the Ewing’s Sarcoma Research Trust.
The terminally ill teenager is battling the rare cancer and has pledged to do all he can to fund research into a cure.
Ward councillor Gerald Lee took to social media to encourage people to attend the fundraising concert, saying:“Not only will Heighington be lit up, it will come alive with famous faces and wonderful voices.
“Let’s make it a night to remember and make lots of money to help find ways to cure this awful disease.”
