A NEW councillor has launched an internet log.
Councillor Mike Barker, who was voted in at last month's election has set up an online weblog.
The Liberal Democrat is the new councillor for the North Road ward on Darlington Borough Council.
In his first entry, Coun Barker said: "This will be a blog devoted to telling you about grassroots politics in a northern market town. What do ward councillors do? Can they make a difference for their ward?"
His blog can be found at www.cllrmikebarker.blogspot.com.
Coun Nick Wallis launched his own website site last year.
