A RESTAURANT whose menu is based around healthy eating is opening a pavement cafe and extending its hours.
That Juice Place, in Skinnergate, Darlington, has a basement juice bar and cafe.
It was opened 18 months ago to offer a new type of eating establishment in the town.
Now its owners are extending to evening opening from tomorrow, as well as offering outdoor tables. Customers can bring their own wine for the evening menu.
It will include a three-course dinner for £15.
The cafe's menu was based around the Government's five-a-day recommendation.
Owner David Evans said: "We decided to extend the opening because what we produce is well-liked simple food. Customers asked if we would be opening during the evening because of our alternative menu."
