CHILDREN from a Darlington school have visited the Yorkshire dales during a geography field trip.
A total of 24 year ten pupils and three staff from Branksome School visited Malham to collect information for GCSE coursework. They looked at the limestone scenery, including visits to Malham Cove and Ingleborough Caves.
Andrew Childe, head of geography, said: "The students made excellent progress with their fieldwork investigation."
over the course of the weekend.
"Everyone enjoyed the visit to Malham, developed a deeper understanding about river processes and represented the school admirably."
