A TEENAGE boy will be sentenced next month for his second count of criminal damage to his older brother's car in two months.
The 15-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to criminal damage at Darlington Youth Court yesterday. He had kicked the wing mirror from his brother's car on May 13.
In March, he scratched his name on the car's bonnet. The teenager was given unconditional bail to return to court on June 8 to be sentenced.
