Darlington's match against Curzon Ashton today at Heritage Park has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Overnight rain left standing water on the playing surface and with more wet weather forecast, the match with Quakers' promotion rivals must be rescheduled.
It becomes the same second consecutive Darlington home game to be hit by the weather as their fixture a fortnight ago with Cammell Laird was also called off because of a waterlogged pitch.
To avoid another blank weekend, manager Martin Gray has arranged a friendly match at Consett, where there is an artificial surface, kick-off 1.30pm. Admission is £6 adults, £3 concessions and £1 children. Consett's new ground is Belle View Stadium, Delves Lane, Consett. DH8 7BF. For older GPS systems use DH8 7JR.
Darlington's next league match is next Saturday at Heritage Park against Lancaster City.
Meanwhile, Darlington's club shop, Quaker Retail, in the covered market, will be open today 12-3pm.
