A COUNCILLOR has thanked Royal Mail staff who have responded to her request for a new postbox for her village.
Councillor Doris Jones asked the Royal Mail to install a bigger postbox in Middleton St George, because the current box regularly became too full.
She has now received confirmation that the village will be given a larger box.
