ARTISTS will give workshops at a Darlington hotel on Wednesday May 29.
The King’s Hotel will host four local artists as they share tips and techniques with the public at a special event.
To highlight green issues like recycling, artist Yvonne Preston will share drawings and paintings while Rosi Thornton will demonstrate how to turn old books into art.
Water colour artist Paul Dillon and printing and textile specialist Anna Cole will also host workshops.
The event is set to take place in the ballroom of the hotel with workshops scheduled for 10am to 12noon and 1pm to 3pm.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities and everyone attending will be given chance to make something to take home.
Entrance is £5 for adults, £3 for children under 16 and free for under fives.
