DARLINGTON artist, Deirdre McCrimmon, is hosting a ten-week “improvers acrylic” painting course.
The course begins on Monday, April 15 and will take place every week from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at The Bridge, in Yarm Road, Darlington. To book a place call Darlington Civic Theatre box office on 01325-486555.
Ms McCrimmon is also running a ten-week course for intermediate acrylic painters. The course begins on Tuesday, April 23 and takes place every week from 6pm to 8pm at Hummersknott Academy, in Edinburgh Drive, Darlington. To book call 01325-248021.
BREW TIME: Hurworth Methodist Church will hold its monthly coffee morning on Saturday, April 13, from 10am to 11am. Admission is £1 and includes coffee and biscuits. All proceeds will go towards church funds.
POLICE MEET: A Police and Communities Together (Pact) meeting for the Northgate ward will be held on Wednesday, April 10 at the Darlington Baptist Tabernacle, in Corporation Road, Darlington Road, from 6pm to 7pm.
