UKIP leader Nigel Farage will speak in the region later this month (October 29).
Mr Farage, leader of the UK Independence Party and an MEP for South-East England, will be at the Assembly Rooms, in Newcastle, on Monday, October 29.
He will tell a public meeting why Britain should leave the European Union and introduce UKIP’s candidates for the Police and Crime Commissioner elections in the Northumbria and Durham forces.
There will be a question-and-answer session afterwards.
