The concert will feature Mrs Smith and her daughter, Philippa, 18, playing with the City of Sunderland Youth Jazz Orchestra, her husband Keith, 62, on drums with the Fabulous Wildern Brothers and her son David, 28, on lead guitar for indie band Dennis.

Also performing will be singer Gaynor Marie.
