Catterick golfer Jodi Ewart has sealed her place on the LPGA Tour for the first time.
Ewart claimed a tied fourth place finish at final qualifying to secure a place among the world elite, which has been her aim.
Ewart posted a 70 on the final day and became one of the top 20 golfers to earn full 2012 LPGA membership alongside winner Junthima Gulyanamitta, who closed with a four-under 68.
The 23-year-old pro's performance on the Champions Course at the LPGA International further enhanced a reputation that has been on the rise for a number of years.
Ewart, a 2011 LPGA rookie who was invited to two tournaments this season, figured in 13 Future Tour events, posting four top ten finishes.
