A SOUTH African woman who was visiting relatives in the Cleveland area has gone missing after a family dispute.
Valerie Yates, 69, was staying in Loftus, but left the address after the row and has not been in contact since November 30. She does not know the area.
It is believed she may have tried to find alternative accommodation in Saltburn.
Ms Yates is due to fly back to South Africa from Newcastle Airport on December 19.
She is described as white, 4ft 11ins tall, with short auburn hair, brown eyes and has a fair complexion.
She has two earrings in each ear and speaks with a South African accent.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC Nigel Pallent at Kirkleatham Police Station on 01642-302626.
