A MOTORBIKE rider suffered numerous fractures after he was thrown from his bike during a busy rush hour collision.
POLICE are investigating the circumstances that led to a blue Kawasaki ZX600 being crushed after it collided with a car following the incident on Junction Road in Norton, Stockton, at 4.15pm on Thursday evening.
Two men aged 22 and 18 who had been riding on the bike were taken to hospital.
A spokeswoman for Cleveland Police said: “The 22-year-old suffered multiple fractures and will be treated at University Hospital of North Tees for some time. The 18-year-old was kept in for observation and released later that night.
“The male driver of a black Audi which was also involved in the collision was uninjured.”
