THIEVES have driven off with an articulated trailer full of theatre equipment.
It was stolen from Barton lorry park just off junction 56 of the A1, between Darlington and Scotch Corner.
North Yorkshire Poice have issued a photograph of the jet black 'stepped' trailer.
It was not fitted with a registration plate at the time it was taken - between 4pm on November 3 and 11.30am on November 4.
The trailer contained timber frames with Scenic Projects Ltd stamped on the rear, yellow and orange PVC bags with scenic canvas cloths inside them, and furniture pieces including sofas and chairs.
Police are appealing for anyone who either witnessed the theft of the trailer, knows the current whereabouts of the trailer or its contents, or has any other information to contact them.
