COCAINE worth £100,000 has been discovered by police.
The haul was found at an address in Willow Terrace, Port Clarence, Billingham, on Monday at about 1.45pm.
Detective chief inspector Rob Donaghy of Cleveland Police said the discovery, found along with drugs paraphernalia and bulking substances, was a major success.
He said: “This will have made a significant dent in the drugs that are available to supply in the area.”
DCI Donaghy said specialist officers from the drugs team executed the warrant but a lot of drugs related information was coming to neighbourhood police officers.
He encouraged members of the public to pass on information to Cleveland Police on 01642 326326 or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800555111.
*Two men, aged 25 and 42, and a woman, aged 43 are due to appear at Teesside Magistrates' Court today on drugs supply charges. Another woman was bailed pending further enquiries.
