THREE North-East golfers finished in the top 30 at the Qatar Masters, with Harrogate’s John Parry the pick.
Parry climbed up the leaderboard on the final day with a superb 67, which propelled him up to tied 12th place on four under to earn about £20,000.
Ashington’s Kenneth Ferrie pocketed about £15,000 for three solid rounds that ended with a 71 yesterday.
Graeme Storm enjoyed a similar four days to Ferrie.
After posting a three over 75 on Thursday, Storm ended 70-69-72 to claim tied 28th and a boost to his earnings by about £10,000.
Simon Dyson had to settle for about £2,000 after back-toback rounds of 75 and 76 saw him drop down to 73rd place.
