A WIG listed on internet auction site eBay by magican Paul Daniels has sold for £1,100.
The Middlesbrough-born entertainer put a collection of his magic paraphernalia on the internet auction site, including his used toupee, which attracted almost 50 bids from fans.
The anonymous Birmingham bidder was almost pipped to the prize at the last second, however the rival bid merely upped the stakes meaning the wig raised more than £1,000 for Mr Daniels' unnnamed charity on Saturday.
