Georgie Rutherford last week received the Sporting Excellence crown at the Local Heroes Awards in recognition of being named the World Triathlon Champion. But, despite her huge success, as she tells Sports Writer Steph Clark, Rutherford has never been the sort to spend every spare minute devoted to becoming the best in the world.
