A TEESSIDE hotel manager has been killed in a road accident while he was away visiting family.
Liam Cotgreave, 34, the operations manager at Grinkle Park Hotel, near Easington, in east Cleveland, was a pedestrian when he was hit by a black BMW car on the A55 in Chester.
Mr Cotgreave, who is originally from Cheshire, was visiting family when the accident happened on Friday, January 14.
Dozens of tributes have been left on Mr Cotgreave's Facebook page by friends and some of his colleagues.
An inquest into his death is expected to be opened this week.
