POLICE have named a teenage girl who was killed in a road accident in North Yorkshire at the weekend.
Natalia Wiley, 15, from Pickering, died as a result of the crash on the A170 at Snainton on Saturday.
In a statement released through North Yorkshire Police, her family said: “The family are grieving the tragic loss of our beautiful, happy, confident daughter. She will be missed by all that knew her.
“The family would like to thank everyone for their help and support at this difficult time.
“We would like to have the time to grieve the loss of Natalia in private.”
Two men arrested in connection with the collision which led to Natalia’s death have been released on police bail to allow for further investigations into the incident.
A 21-year-old man, from Kirkbymoorside, was arrested at the scene of the incident and an 18-year-old man was arrested on Sunday, following his release from hospital, where he was being treated for minor injuries sustained in the collision.
