The Freemasons’ Grand Charity has donated £600,000 this year to Hospices across England and Wales, of which £12,000 went to Hospices in the North and East Ridings of Yorkshire.
Over the last 20 years the Freemasons’ Grand Charity has donated in excess of £9 million to local Hospices.
Jane O’Byrne, Fundraising Manager at Teesside Hospice received the cheque during a presentation at children’s Hospice Zoe’s Place, who was also presented with a cheque for £2,550.
The money was raised through various fundraising initiatives. Teesside Hospice would like to thank the local lodges for their continued support!
