I THINK that Sir Alex Ferguson should be complimented on his approach to the Rooney situation.

He has shown that, whoever you are or how good you think are, no-one is bigger than the club. And the most insane statement of all, is the one from Rooney, who stated that Manchester United are not ambitious enough for him.

If this is the case, it has taken him a long time to realise that his brain is not as quick as his tongue.

If anything needs improving, it is the performances of these so-called prima donnas themselves, as Wayne Rooney has been going downhill so fast he could soon be known as Wane Rooney.
