There's nothing like bearing a grudge...
I'm just going through the latest batch of market research questionnaires, telling me what people like and don't like about the paper.
In answer to the question "Why don't you buy The Northern Echo?" one man replied: "Because I was a police officer in 1976 during the strikes and officers were not portrayed in a particularly good light."
It just goes to show, once you upset a reader, they stay upset.
