BISHOP Auckland Town Hall is screening a recent blockbuster and some old classics for film fans this month.
On Tuesday, June 13, at 7.30pm, there will be a showing of The Chronicles of Narnia.
It is a PG certificate and tickets are £2.50.
On Wednesday, June 14, at 2pm, there will be a celebration of silent film, featuring a selection of old classics.
Buster Keaton's The General is the main feature, and live piano accompaniment will be provided by George Hetherington. Tickets are £2.50
Film expert and lecturer David Williams will be setting the scene for the afternoon's entertainment, with An Introduction to the Silent Film, at 10.30am.
Tickets are £1, or free to Evergreens members.
