BUSINESS research consultancy Acritas has opened two new offices and plans to create up to 15 jobs in the region over the next three years.
The Newcastle company has opened offices in London and New York and is on target to increase turnover by 50 per cent.
Acritas, which provides a range of research services to the professional and financial services sectors, was established in 2002 by Lisa Hart and employs 20 people at its head office, in Jesmond.
Plans are in place to create five new jobs every year for the next two to three years.
Ms Hart, managing director, said: "The opening of both the London and New York offices are significant developments for Acritas as we continue to grow globally thanks to our international client base. The London office was an absolute necessity to cope with our large number of clients who are themselves located in the city."
