BUSINESS Link Tees Valley has appointed IAN ELDRIDGE to improve the way the organisation operates.
He recently spent three years as training manager and business improvement co-ordinator at GE Plastics - a manufacturing site in Thornaby, Teesside.
He said: "The role of performance improvement co-ordinator at Business Link is a natural progression for me as my previous position involved looking at business improvement and adding value."
