THE Wild West came to a Darlington care home at the weekend.
North Park Care Centre, in I'Anson Street, held a Wild West Day to raise funds for residents' excursions to Whitby, Hamsterley Forest and other local places of interest.
Attractions at the Wild West Day included a cowboy demonstration, stalls, a raffle and line-dancing.
Alan Mulgrew, senior carer at the home, said: "Everybody had a really good time."
